Awarded Certificate of Recognition by the Office of Boxing Sports Board and Sports Authority of Thailand

Mission Muay Thai was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Office of Boxing Sports Board and Sports Authority of Thailand as an official and certified Muay Thai gym in Los Angeles, California!
The Thailand government and its council members visited gyms in the USA as part of their “soft power” initiative to elevate the art and sport of Muay Thai globally and efficiently. They performed a thorough inspection of our academy, and we are happy to announce that we have been selected and approved!
This is a monumental recognition and honor for our academy as we strive to grow the Muay Thai sport domestically and globally!
The First #HashtagLunchBag Movement in the Long Beach Community!

In collaboration with our nonprofit organization Make It Your Mission Now, we successfully made 1,125 lunches to help serve the Long Beach community through The Long Beach Rescue Mission!
A special thank you to our student @_rridi for spearheading this @hashtaglunchbag movement and bringing the trendsetter @daddyd219 to help launch this essential cause.
Thank you to all of our students and staff for showing up to pack food and donating funds to get groceries to make sandwiches.
Khmer Girls in Action

We had the fortunate opportunity to teach and train Muay Thai self-defense strategy and tactics to our friends and Khmer Girls in Action community leaders! Khmer Girls in Action’s mission is to build a progressive and sustainable Long Beach community that works for racial, gender, and economic justice and is led by Southeast Asian women and youth. It was an honor to teach and deliver situational awareness to our friends and partners at KGA, and we thank them for their commitment to helping serve our #LBC community and empower themselves and others to be confident and safe in our city.

Youth Movement Academy – Summer 2024 Camp

On behalf of our entire academy, we would like to thank all of our campers, families, and friends for an amazing and productive Youth Movement Academy—Summer 2024 Camp!
We would also like to thank our trainers and our entire staff team for their love and dedication to helping our campers to help build a stronger Long Beach community in Cambodia Town.
We hope all of you have learned the essential skills of self-defense against a threat, situational awareness to deter potential threats, and of course, health & fitness for a strong mind & body to help empower yourselves everyday. We will miss our youth, but all of you know you have a home at Mission – visit anytime.
