Developed by Head Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer Kru Jace in collaboration with world-renowned trainer/founder of AR-7 Eric Laciste. Our M8 concept includes 8 exercises with 96 reps and is designed to help our athletes safely train at the highest level with 300% more results in one-third the amount of time.

- Every Saturday starting June 10th – July 8th at Mission Muay Thai school
- Get certified to train & teach our M8 Strength & Conditioning System to clients
- Learn about our M8 formula and series of exercises and sequences that fit into the system
- Learn how to teach M8 and how it fits for Muay Thai with personal training and group classes
- 10-hour coaching clinic (5 days/2 hrs)
