Introductory Classes at Mission Muay Thai
Designed for Everyone – All Ages, All Bodies, All Backgrounds
Whether you’re in your 20s or 70s, new to martial arts, returning after time off, or even managing past injuries requiring low-impact or safe training, these classes are your ideal starting point. You’ll learn the basics and fundamentals of Muay Thai without sparring, pressure, or risk of injury. These sessions are designed to teach proper balance, movement, and technique in a safe, controlled environment, making them perfect for beginners of all ages, fitness levels, and physical backgrounds. There’s no contact or fighting in this class, and you’ll get a challenging and energizing workout, helping you build strength, coordination, and confidence as you train.
